1) Does this kit include a 12rd mag. NJ limits capacity to 10rd , unless LE. 2) I would like to get grip module in FDE ,is that possible?

The referenced kit does have a 12rd magazine but Sig offers a 10rd version of that kit: CALX-320SC-9-BSS-10
Unfortunately it is only available with the black grip module.
