Are all of your guns new in original cases (ie.not demo's or display models or customer returns )?

All products are new in box unless specifically stated as used. They are no demo or returned. On very rare occasions, we may display a firearm in our retail store case but we don't see high traffic in our current store and all handguns are zip tied in battery and not racked or triggers pulled.
