I live in Maryland and am limited to 10 round magazines. Can I buy this with a 10 round magazine, or without the magazine that is included with this kit?

We can swap to 10rd mags if they are in stock. We charge $10 for a magazine swap and can set up the order by phone. We can also ship without the mag if you prefer.
