The P320 is one of the most modular pistols in production thanks to the serialized and removable fire control unit.
The P32 can be converted to 9mm, .357 Sig, .380, and .40 S&W from any of these calibers. .22 LR and .45 ACP are the only caliber that the P250 cannot currently be converted to.
All of Sig Sauer's P250 caliber x-change kits ship with the grip shell, magazine, slide, barrel, guide rod, and recoil spring. The slides come with night sights preinstalled.
Swapping the fire control unit between your existing P320 and the new x-change kit is pretty simple. You remove the magazine from the grip shell and lock the slide back ensuring the pistol is not loaded. Rotate the takedown lever down 90 degrees and pull back on the slide to disengage the slide catch. Remove the slide from the frame and remove the takedown lever from the grip shell. Remove the fire control unit from the grip shell and install it into the new grip shell. Insert the take down lever on the new grip shell and mount the assembled slide locking the slide back with the catch lever. Rotate the takedown lever up 90 degrees and you're ready to go.
